background, industry and the position. A study and analysis
will be conducted to define the various aspects of the position.

A thorough understanding and definition of the position leads
to a systematic searching and hunting process. List of target
sources will be compiled and the best means of searching will
be chosen. Potential candidates will be approached and confidential
conversations be started.

Screening
Meetings and candidates assessments come next in order to
determine the level of suitability of the candidates in terms
of professional experience, qualifications, expectations and
personality. Reports of short-listed candidates will be submitted
to clients.

Interview and Selection
Our consultants are the bridge between the clients and candidates.
We help to coordinate every arrangement in the interview process
and to establish channel for any clarifications of uncertainties.
This enhances the communications among all parties and provides
the best conditions for decision-making.

Offering and Negotiation
Once a right candidate is identified, we will assist and govern
the negotiation. Recommendations on the terms and conditions
of employment contract will also be provided whenever needed.

Reference Check
Detailed professional references on the employment history
and personal attributes of the selected candidate will be
obtained as requested. The feedbacks from the referees will
be truly passed and reflected to the clients.

Post Appointment Services
Our services will not end at the point of filling a vacancy.
We provide professional advices and follow up services to
facilitate a smooth transition for both parties.
